Not so long ago this was.. We make teams and we break them to make them again. Well, the time it is again for one such moment in the corporate life. The organization chooses to restructure itself for reasons untold. Like we choose a new habitat from time to time to meet our needs and as we choose them, we try to set them up to meet the needs of the new and old habits, leaders do the same with the organizations that they serve. That’s #reorg as we term and get used to in corporate life. At the juncture of such reorg, we choose to celebrate the good and old, told and the untold. Teams gathered to celebrate the last moments of their being as one team and Novotel, OMR, Chennai. The meal.. To me, it wasn’t as interesting as the ambiance it was offered with. Towards the end of the brilliant but boring moment, I saw these bottles lined up with colors stacked up on one other. Couldn’t find time to stare at them for long but found a lonely moment to capture them. Aren’t those pre...

# - Not so long ago, I had a conversation with a person which was inspiring enough to put me in thoughts on what to do to live at ease in the industry of Information Technology or the like. I was told about being saleable at any point of time - staying updated - being in 'form' - well, it was about sharpening the knife. Having heard about what to focus on whilst idling away every day leisure time, the question immediately bothers is 'What's Next?'(to go along with the thought). # - With everyday working going on the way it ought to, in any practical sense, I have come across a moment where I had to sit down and have a one on one session with my manager to discuss my thoughts about the everyday happening and then again about any aspirations, hindrances or problems - the good and the bad at work. After having conveyed the full of the thoughts at the discussion, it is normal to hear to some appreciations and some advices on areas of improvement and suggestion...

It all dates back to sometime a decade ago.. Every holiday used to matter.. every celebration was counted.. Smiles, happiness. frowns and sorrow.. etc were all real and lively unlike the virtual equivalents what prevail these days.. One amongst those important/remarkable days is the festival of colors, namely Holi. Dated to sometime more than a decade and halg ago, the day of Holi used to be more frightening than a nightmare. It was more frightening than a moment of celebration. My dad's friends used to visit our home to meet up my dad and in their mean while fill them with colors and pinch me and make sure I cry for the day.. Colors were  something really irritating and unwanted that made have another bath for the day and with more amount of care.. Colors range from mild to strong pigments (the more lasting ones) lasting for a few moments to days, sometimes. From there, after a couple of years i started learning that it is a kinda of fun to roam around with friends in groups a...
