Not so long ago this was..

We make teams and we break them to make them again.

Well, the time it is again for one such moment in the corporate life. The organization chooses to restructure itself for reasons untold. Like we choose a new habitat from time to time to meet our needs and as we choose them, we try to set them up to meet the needs of the new and old habits, leaders do the same with the organizations that they serve. That’s #reorg as we term and get used to in corporate life.

At the juncture of such reorg, we choose to celebrate the good and old, told and the untold. Teams gathered to celebrate the last moments of their being as one team and Novotel, OMR, Chennai.
The meal.. To me, it wasn’t as interesting as the ambiance it was offered with. Towards the end of the brilliant but boring moment, I saw these bottles lined up with colors stacked up on one other. Couldn’t find time to stare at them for long but found a lonely moment to capture them. Aren’t those pretty.. Leading lines..patterns..colors.. Picture perfect was the scene but one would not really call it a time for a photo, and that too without people when the day was all about celebrating for what the people have been in the Org.

And, so are these bottles - filled with something, lined up and placed in some fashion today which may be a lot different from what they will be tomorrow. The world is a building in progress and human kind will always experience a reorg.
