Chotu, the chota Chef

Tastes and interests are one of the important factors that make an individual distinguishable... I would not be able to pin point how each distinguished individual would be separate from the other in this respect..

Coming to what I want to speak about, in life i had many interests like watching cartoons, spending time talking to my frens etc etc...

In Life, food was the last thing i looked for
In a house, Kitchen was the last room that i would look for.

Out of many needs that we live with as a living being hunger was the last thing i always tried to address... i would not want to say that i completely put it aside, after all i am no wonder on this globe to live with no food. Just that i put my interest for satisfying hunger i need to accept it as a reason for why i am like who i am..:)  A hungry kid bothers a mom but my mom was always happy when she saw me showing the feeling of hunger which i hardly did...

Off late, only after i came abroad i have known that kitchen is also one room which needs ample attention and cooking is also a skill that is needed for a MAN. I have learnt that cooking is not jus a woman's show. Men can perform pretty well when they get in.. In the early years of my life whenever my mom asked me goto kitchen to get something, i remember those innocent words which i have uttered by then - "nenemanna aadapillanaa stove daggaraku vellataaniki ?".. isnt it funny?..

Necessity is the mother of invention and the same called me to goto kitchen for a action called COOKING... Proudly i want to share the fact that i have learnt to make a meal for myself with no second thought... Only after i felt the pich of hunger to the max my idle brain drove to me learn to make rice, omlete and DAL (the one tough item that i have ever made).
I have no words when i shared this with my mom.. hearing her delighted words on the phone i could do nothing other than explaining her what steps i followed to make my toughest dish. Every step that i have told made her happier..
Took ample time but finally i got certified by my room mates officially that i can make dal for them.. Proud to be a baby chef!!!

Every step of life is a learning class.. Attendance is not mandatory but is not avoidable.. Lets keep rocking with all learnings intact.
