Actual arrival: 9 AM
Minimal deviation credit goes to: Hyderabad, Pkd and Other folks
Max deviation blame goes to: Banglore and Chennai folks
Learning: A trip to Goa from Chennai with no flight as an option is worth no choice unless there is a long holiday season in hand.
Event: Beer without Brush
Yes, this event had to happen as planned. Low flyers and fan of drinks... everyone.. with no exception had to stop bikes at the decided point (a drink shop in deed) and have atleast a beer. Starters were given the option of choosing a Breezer if they are not comfortable with Beer. Prasanth P was successfully encouraged to inaugurate Beer with full force from folks around. Sravan took pride to opt for Orange Bacardi Breezer which was promised to be nothing more than a soft drink.
Day1:
Break fast: It was expected to short and quick but lasted close to 2 hrs as people arrived in batches rather than the whole crowd at one shot. Not many varieties of items were tried and was like a feast of Rava Masala Dosa only*.
Goa-Gear shopping: If not all, most of the people involved had to looks for sandals for there is no point in getting into the waters with the shoes and socks. But the other thing to buy T-Shirts. Got same designed T-Shirts so spread the homogeneity amongst all the stake holders present. Sun screen lotions were given utter importance as people had enuf time to think of what they think is important before they lose any of their complexion.
Beach #1 (Bagah Beach): Geared up well and reached the first beach as planned and found a service provider with ridiculous discussions about the deal to avail rides at a so called reasonable price.
Rides include:
1. Sea Bike ride
2. Banana ride
3. Para gliding
4. Speed Boat drive
First time first fun left each with no words to describe. All were geared up with the same colored life jacket to symbolize the oneness. Banana ride being one of the best was followed by the Para gliding.
Lunch Session: Hungry folks met up at the nearest beach restaurant. Menu had many things but except for starters and drinks nothing else was accommodated. The whole session was much concentrated on two kinds of shots... one was to drink and the other was to say that guys were drunk.
Evening Session: Searching for a black cat in a barely lit room
After the long and unplanned lunch session, bikers (6) started lining up to search for a beach named Anjuna (Beach#2) and by the time it was found, except for darkness nothing could be present. It hardly left a chance to see whats in there but nevertheless it stole the chance to taking a few more shots before wrapping up for the day.
Candle lit dinner: Tired bodies gathered at a beach near to the place of residence, except for two who did leave to a Casino. One left to live and other left to leave. Ye, one went with the interest on the food to eat and other went to lose money. Others who were at the beach had a good dining before they could think of paying the bill. Drinks were no exception to be skipped. They were a part and parcel of every meal that was a part of the trip.
GOOD NIGHT#1
Day2:
Break fast: It was expected to short and quick and it went as expected. People dint need more than a day of experience to learn time management and the whole crowd arrived at one shot ordering nothing more than the most admired Rava Masala Dosa only*.
Evening Session: Ride with the photographer.
Plan was to reach the Aguda fort at the earliest before the day light goes off and the fort was not known to be close at 5:30 PM sharp. But a crazy photographer and lazy navigators spent some time taking shots whilst their journey from the residence to the fort. With no much delay, the whole crowd arrived at the fort and it was shot after shot where cameras were pointed to look at either these guys for pics or kool/hot chics. Three crazy folks (Kedar, Sravan and Sagar) played well to add a happening to the day, out of mere innocence. Not noticing what the time is and not knowing how strict the fort keepers are, they spent ample time at leisure inside the fort for a show off of peculiar photography skills by managing well not to fall in the eyes of the keeper who is checking the fort for closure of the day. Caught inside the fort were these three musketeers when the fort was locked from inside. All that they could think off is cry for help as the mobile ran out of signal. With quite some interesting fight and request and argument with the fort keepers, guys came out.. (and well.. you know what happens when some one is caught for a stupid act like this in front of all other friends... ye.. people around them would mock at 'em well before they move off from the place)
Learnings: Move out as and when it is time, as time and tide wait for none.
@Nite, Its the time to disco: After the fort session, people returned to the place of residence and got refreshed real quick and rushed to a disco Pub. If not for all, it was the first time for a few but nevertheless it was a reason to forget any fun that was available. Whole lots of couples at there, amidst which these folks could yell and cheer up the whole nite - the real movers and shakers of the trip. With drinks in one hand, none stopped shaking their body to the beats on the floor.
GOOD NIGHT#2

Climax: With gift shopping at Goa, people ended up heading towards their respective departure points by 5:30 PM. (Ye, dont wonder what they gifts are.. they are the Drinks again!!)
GOOD NIGHT#3 (in their respective buses)
Overall, it was an awesome trip and one of the most special days of 2010. For all the good, bad and ugly.. Right, wrong and ridiculous... moments from all things and people that were a part of the trip. Cheers!
